Social Security Card Application: User Experience on PaperAs an exercise, I redesigned the SSA card application. By using grouping, I was able to eliminate the large numbers, allowing more room for the information itself. Value indicated where applicants were to mark their answers and which portions were for the processors.
While this is a personal hobby of mine, I truly believe paper forms, while they still exist, are just as in need of user experience expertise as are online applications. |
